Reminder! Memberships for 2021/2022 year are now due!
When a paid member comes in to use the Workshop, they must sign into the Contact Tracing book and follow all posted protocols, including wearing a facemask over nose and mouth.
Hey, wearing a mask gives you even more protection from any rock dust and spray.
I may just keep it as a “thing” I do at the workshop….
As you can see, we’ve re-jigged the Workshop to have space between the arbors.
You just have to bring your wipedown cloths and your project.
The workshop capacity has now been increased to fifteen (15) members and visitors.
Starting January 2022 the workshop will be back to pre-pandemic capacity of 24 people total.
Recently, we have held classes in Beginner Lapidary, Rock Identification, Advanced Lapidary,
Silver rings 1 and Silver Rings 2 and Silver Bracelet Chain.
One more link to go, a polish, a run in the tumbler, a clasp, and it’ll be finished!
There’s still a few more days left to enter into the Rockfest Contest for the month of November.
(prizes drawn December 5, 2021, 2 PM). A bulletin with details was sent out Oct 29, 2021.
Paid members’ names, who sign-in and use the workshop, will be entered into a Prize Draw!
